1、金额已拖出，收料方需补齐押金，收料方不配合补齐押金视为放弃仲裁。
2、金额已拖出，收料方已补齐押金，料方无法提供或聊天记录不全，可双押查档，由责任方承担查档费用。
3、金额无法拖出，需查料判定是哪方责任，收料方无需补齐押金，交易双方可上押查档，由责任方承担查档费用。
