It’s been a long day for me, and I’m about to go to sleep. But then I thought of you all.

You, who are still awake at this hour because sleep seems impossible.

I’d like you to try this breathing technique that works for me, and I want to share it with you.

Relax your composure. Let go of the tension buried in your body. Sometimes the reason we’re having a hard time sleeping is because our body is subconsciously tense.

Close your eyes…
Relax your body…
Empty your mind…

And breathe.

Inhale (4 seconds)… hold (7 seconds)… exhale (8 seconds)…

Do this as many times as you need 🌻
