۳/ پس از اصلی ترین شروط ایده آل گرا بودن و در نتیجه زندگی ایده آل داشتن. شکر گزاری هست. اصل دوم. اگر کمال گرایی درونمون هست باهاش مبارزه کنیم. اگر نیست، پس چه بهتر. از الان اقدام به ایده آل شدن زندگیمون کنیم. اگر میخایم ورزشکار باشیم از الان ورزش رو تو برنامه روزانمون بزاریم. اگر میخایم ادمی باشیم که راجب مثلا کیهان اطلاعات داشته باشه از الان یه چند دقیقه وقت برای مطالعه راجبش بزاریم. مثلا من زندگی ایده آلم اینه که اینکه فیلد من مهندسی هست ولی دوس دارم راجب فلسفه و عرفان هم بدونم. روزی در حد نیم ساعت برای مطالعه در اون حیطه خالی میکنم. دلم میخاد ادم ورزشکاری باشم. هفته ای سه بار برا خودم عادت ایجاد میکنم که برم بدوم اینطوریه که زندگی ایده آل میشه خورد خورد کم کم
