中国国务院关税税则委员会4月4日宣布，自4月10日12时01分起，对原产于美国的所有进口商品，在现行适用关税税率基础上加征34%关税。现行保税、减免税政策不变，此次加征的关税不予减免。
商务部宣布，将高点航空技术公司等16家美国实体列入出口管制管控名单，将斯凯迪奥公司、BRINC无人机公司等11家涉台军售企业列入不可靠实体清单。
商务部宣布对原产于美国、印度的进口相关医用CT球管发起反倾销立案调查。
海关总署宣布暂停1家美国企业高粱输华资质，3家美国企业禽肉骨粉输华资质，2家美国企业禽肉产品输华。
商务部和海关总署宣布，对钐、钆、铽、镝、镥、钪、钇等中重稀土相关物项实施出口管制。
中国已在世贸组织就美国对华产品加征“对等关税”措施提起诉讼。

In January alone, Telegram reported 90 million new accounts. Its founder, Pavel Durov, described this as “the largest digital migration in human history.” Signal reportedly doubled its user base to 40 million people and became the most downloaded app in 70 countries. The two services rely on encryption to protect the privacy of user communication, which has made them popular with protesters seeking to conceal their identities against repressive governments in places like Belarus, Hong Kong, and Iran. But the same encryption technology has also made them a favored communication tool for criminals and terrorist groups, including al Qaeda and the Islamic State.
