企查查 APP 显示，近日，广东诺瓦数能科技有限公司成立，法定代表人为孙振龙，注册资本 1000 万元，经营范围包含：物联网设备制造；物联网设备销售；物联网技术研发；物联网技术服务；物联网应用服务等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由派诺科技等共同持股。
