陕西柞水高速垮桥已两周。25辆坠河车,截至8月2日18时,搜救到38人遇难、1人生还,尚有24人失联。 两周来,军警消防和社会救援力量,对下游沿线约100公里的河道水库进行了多轮次持续搜救。河道大部分在高山峡谷之间,山体垮塌,河水湍急、改道,库区水面漂浮物淤积、水下情况复杂,气象条件不利。搜救和善后工作仍将有序进行。 (新华社)

测算垮桥原因:流水压力占35%。树木等漂流物在桥墩处形成12.8m × 3m的“挡水墙”,其推力占57%。另外,桥梁未按图施工,系梁本应埋在河床下3m,实际埋在河床表面,洪水冲刷河床降低系梁悬空,加剧漂流物壅塞,此因素占比8%。
高速与省道路基形成局部汇流区;桥墩初步设计是“斜交斜做”,施工图阶段改为“斜交正做”,增大了阻水比。
工程未向水利部门申请涉河建设项目许可。地方水利部门未有效治理非法采砂。
事发桥梁在两个摄像头背向之间,不在监控区域。
