轻量应用服务器显然是共享带宽的，阿里云通过底层算法对不同的机器进行控制，因此在网络高峰期(或者你的网络邻居存在高带宽负载时)可能会影响你的机器带宽，这也是我们在高峰期时测试平均大概获得20Mbps、而夜间测试能获得180Mbps带宽的原因。
对于长时间、持续高带宽负载算法也会有控制，也就是会触发限制导致被QoS。但新款200M轻量应用服务器本身是不保证带宽的，也就是峰值200Mbps但不能保持任何时间段都提供峰值带宽。
