中国驻菲律宾大使馆提醒在菲及拟赴菲中国公民密切关注当地社会治安形势，切实加强安全防范和应急准备。
据新华社报道，中使馆星期二（4月1日）发布公告称，近段时间以来，菲律宾社会治安不靖，菲执法部门盘查滋扰中国公民和企业事件频发，各地政治集会、游行示威明显增多，在菲中国公民和机构面临的安全风险上升。
公告提醒在菲中国公民减少不必要外出，远离政治集会和人员密集场所；遵守当地法律法规，提防落入安全陷阱和圈套。建议拟赴菲人员做好风险评估，审慎作出出行决定。如遇紧急情况，请及时报警并与驻菲使领馆联系寻求协助。
