美国总统特朗普本月来不断加码升级对华关税战，加上之前因芬太尼问题已加征的20％关税，本届美国政府对华商品加征的关税率已高达145％。此举不仅招致北京反制，也引发中国网民愤慨。互联网上反特朗普声浪高涨，从漫画、网络段子、京剧再到小商品，对特朗普的恶搞无处不在。
自称“战狼画手”的中国知名插画师团队乌合麒麟4月11日在微博发表新画作《就不跪》，传递中国不会在关税战向美国屈服的信息。
这幅画里，美国自由女神衣衫褴褛、骨瘦嶙峋、被蒙眼堵嘴，不再站立而是瘫坐在椅子上，右手也不再高举照亮人类的火炬，左手捧着的美国《独立宣言》则平放在大腿上，身边盘旋多只可能象征死亡的乌鸦。
