中日韩重启经济对话 合作应对特朗普关税挑战
中日韩三国于3月30日在韩国首尔举行五年来首次经济对话，旨在应对美国特朗普政府计划4月2日推出的新一轮关税措施。
上周特朗普宣布对汽车及零部件征收25%的进口关税，这一政策可能给企业，尤其是亚洲汽车制造商带来不小冲击。
在本次会议，三国贸易部长一致同意推动高水平经济合作，加速中日韩自由贸易协定（FTA）谈判，并联合推进《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》（RCEP）的落实，以促进区域及全球贸易发展。

The super secure UAE-based Telegram messenger service, developed by Russian-born software icon Pavel Durov, is looking to raise $1bn through a bond placement to a limited number of investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Kommersant daily reported citing unnamed sources on February 18, 2021.The issue reportedly comprises exchange bonds that could be converted into equity in the messaging service that is currently 100% owned by Durov and his brother Nikolai.Kommersant reports that the price of the conversion would be at a 10% discount to a potential IPO should it happen within five years.The minimum bond placement is said to be set at $50mn, but could be lowered to $10mn. Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.
