山西吕梁10月30日公布《关于完善生育支持政策体系建设生育友好型社会的若干措施》生育补贴制度内容：
2025年1月起，一、二、三孩在登记户籍时分别发放2000、5000、8000元。
在生产后5年内，夫妇和孩子居民医保的个人缴费部分给予补贴，二孩家庭贴30%、三孩家庭贴50%。
2025年1月后出生的二孩，公办幼儿园和高中免学费。三孩，公办托儿所也免学费。
二三孩家庭，公积金贷款额度提高到100万元。
2025年1月起初次登记结婚、且女方在35岁以下的夫妇，在婚姻登记窗口发1500元。
