抖音官方客服：抖音不会通过境外电话、短信通知用户扣费
针对近期仿冒抖音客服给用户打电话、发短信进行诈骗的情况，抖音官方客服表示，抖音不会通过境外电话、短信、站内私信等任何途径，通知用户 "xx 会员" 扣款或续费、产品订阅将到期扣费等虚假信息，也不会要求用户下载任何其他软件、共享屏幕等，不会有任何添加客服社交好友、转账汇款等动作。
