🔖描述：Spotify 歌词翻译 + 网易云第三方歌词搜索

📍注意：因为歌词中的 Protobuf 解析不完善，背景颜色是随机的，若有大佬感兴趣的可以提 Pr 或者直接私聊帮忙解决一下这个问题。内置了一个我自己的 Spotify应用，需要自定义的可以自行申请。当 Spotify 没有提供歌词时，会自动去网易云检索，默认选择的检索的第一条，可能会出现歌词和播放偏移问题（暂无法解决）也可能出现歌词和歌曲对不上的情况望理解。QX 的请用转换脚本直接转换。开发不易，不好用的话给小白留一点情面，谢谢
