基于 Deno + TypeScript + Grm 的 Telegram 人形自走机器人（类似 PagerMaid）。

名气没有 PagerMaid 那么大，目前生态也没那么完善，吸引我的一大特点是 TypeScript（至少在熟悉的领域，相对容易上手）

目前内置插件：
- security: 防止自己发送敏感信息如手机号 (?)
- admin: 在群组中便捷地添加、封禁、提权、降权成员，以及置顶/解除置顶消息
- files: 在服务器和 Telegram 之间上传/下载文件（受 Gram.js 的实现方式限制，速度慢）
- util: 获取用户/群组信息、执行 JS 代码、执行 Shell 命令
- manager: 管理模组

目前第三方模组：
- github: 查看 GitHub 用户信息
- ghl: 发送消息时自动美化 GitHub 链接
- cleaner: 批量删除消息，支持指定消息范围等
- gtr: 翻译/TTS
- paste: 将文本上传到 Nekobin

What is Secret Chats of Telegram
