「各种代理及Docker提示端口 port 被占用和异常的原因及解决方案」

原因：
由于hyper-v保留了这些端口，所以需要先关闭hyper-v，保留想要保留的端口，再开启hyper-v功能

解决方案（管理员权限）：
1. 关闭 hyper-v (需要重启)
dism.exe /Online /Disable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-V2. 重启后，按需保留需要的端口（关闭代理/Docker软件）
