🔹پیش تر این موضوع در مجلس شورای اسلامی مصوب شده بود که شورای نگهبان به آن ایراد گرفته و به مجلس عودت داده بود و اکنون این نوع از معافیت از قانون بودجه هفتم حذف شده است.
