陕西柞水高速垮桥《灾害调查评估报告》公布。
洪水冲击使10号桥墩桩基折断倾倒、桥梁垮塌。20:49至21:03间25辆车坠河，62人死亡失踪。
测算垮桥原因：流水压力占35%。树木等漂流物在桥墩处形成12.8m × 3m的“挡水墙”，其推力占57%。另外，桥梁未按图施工，系梁本应埋在河床下3m，实际埋在河床表面，洪水冲刷河床降低系梁悬空，加剧漂流物壅塞，此因素占比8%。
高速与省道路基形成局部汇流区；桥墩初步设计是“斜交斜做”，施工图阶段改为“斜交正做”，增大了阻水比。
工程未向水利部门申请涉河建设项目许可。地方水利部门未有效治理非法采砂。
事发桥梁在两个摄像头背向之间，不在监控区域。

A spike in interest rates since the start of the year has accelerated a rotation out of high-growth technology stocks and into value stocks poised to benefit from a reopening of the economy. The Nasdaq has fallen more than 10% over the past month as the Dow has soared to record highs, with a spike in the 10-year US Treasury yield acting as the main catalyst. It recently surged to a cycle high of more than 1.60% after starting the year below 1%. But according to Jim Paulsen, the Leuthold Group's chief investment strategist, rising interest rates do not represent a long-term threat to the stock market. Paulsen expects the 10-year yield to cross 2% by the end of the year. A spike in interest rates and its impact on the stock market depends on the economic backdrop, according to Paulsen. Rising interest rates amid a strengthening economy "may prove no challenge at all for stocks," Paulsen said.
