​中国科学家成功开发出全球首款基于二维材料的1纳米RISC-V微处理器,名为“Wuji”,集成了5,900个晶体管,厚度不到1纳米。 ​这一突破性成果无需依赖先进的极紫外(EUV)光刻技术,为中国在半导体创新领域开辟了新的独立路径。​该结果已被发布在《自然》杂志中。

随着硅基集成电路在微型化方面接近物理极限,全球研究人员开始转向二维材料,如二硫化钼和二硒化钨,以推动芯片性能的提升。​这些材料通常只有一个原子厚,具备出色的物理特性,使下一代电路的进一步缩放和功能提升成为可能。​

此前,维也纳工业大学在2017年开发的最复杂的二维半导体数字电路仅包含115个晶体管。​而复旦大学的研究团队经过五年的努力,成功将集成度提高了50多倍。​他们在30×30的反相器阵列(共900个)中实现了99.77%的高良率,展示了在原子尺度上保持精确性和均匀性的能力,这对于高制造良率至关重要。​

研究团队表示,这项研究证明了二维半导体在高性能集成电路中的巨大潜力,为未来电子设备的开发提供了新的可能性。​

Telegram and Signal Havens for Right-Wing Extremists

Since the violent storming of Capitol Hill and subsequent ban of former U.S. President Donald Trump from Facebook and Twitter, the removal of Parler from Amazon’s servers, and the de-platforming of incendiary right-wing content, messaging services Telegram and Signal have seen a deluge of new users. In January alone, Telegram reported 90 million new accounts. Its founder, Pavel Durov, described this as “the largest digital migration in human history.” Signal reportedly doubled its user base to 40 million people and became the most downloaded app in 70 countries. The two services rely on encryption to protect the privacy of user communication, which has made them popular with protesters seeking to conceal their identities against repressive governments in places like Belarus, Hong Kong, and Iran. But the same encryption technology has also made them a favored communication tool for criminals and terrorist groups, including al Qaeda and the Islamic State.

A Telegram spokesman declined to comment on the bond issue or the amount of the debt the company has due. The spokesman said Telegram’s equipment and bandwidth costs are growing because it has consistently posted more than 40% year-to-year growth in users.
