时速160公里复兴号动力集中动车组及配套电务车载设备采购项目以国铁物资有限公司关于时速160公里复兴号动力集中动车组采购项目的招标计划（ 国铁物资采〔2025〕223号） 批准建设，项目业主为中国国家铁路集团有限公司，建设资金来自铁路移动装备购置资金。本次招标项目已具备招标条件，现进行公开招标。
本次招标共采购23组短编组和5组长编组动力集中式动车组。开标时间为2025年5月7日
