缅甸军方即日起停火20天 开展灾后重建工作
缅甸国家电视台星期三（4月2日）报道称，缅甸军政府宣布，将在4月2日至4月22日期间暂时停止打击武装反对派的军事行动。
国家电视台在晚间新闻简报中称，停火是为了开展灾后重建工作。
缅甸3月28日发生7.7级大地震。截止星期三，已有2886人在地震中遇难。
国家电视台也证实，缅甸军政府首脑敏昂莱将于星期四（3日）前往曼谷参加孟加拉湾多部门技术和经济合作倡议（BIMSTEC）第六次峰会。期间，敏昂莱将向泰国领导人介绍地震情况。

The global forecast for the Asian markets is murky following recent volatility, with crude oil prices providing support in what has been an otherwise tough month. The European markets were down and the U.S. bourses were mixed and flat and the Asian markets figure to split the difference.The TSE finished modestly lower on Friday following losses from the financial shares and property stocks.For the day, the index sank 15.09 points or 0.49 percent to finish at 3,061.35 after trading between 3,057.84 and 3,089.78. Volume was 1.39 billion shares worth 1.30 billion Singapore dollars. There were 285 decliners and 184 gainers.
