美国空军宣布将在太平洋约翰斯顿岛建造两座火箭着陆平台，测试"火箭货运先锋"计划。该计划旨在利用可重复使用火箭（推测为SpaceX技术）将军事物资送入太空后精准投送，实现90分钟内全球到达的战略补给能力。
选址位于夏威夷西南700海里的约翰斯顿环礁。评估报告将于4月初公布并开放公众评议。
美军自2020年起就探索太空物流方案，退役将领曾设想"1小时内投送C-17运输机载货量"。尽管单次发射成本仍高达数千万美元，远超传统空运，但军方认为这种突破性能力将重塑军事后勤体系，为紧急战备和人道救援提供新选择。

Repeat this step to save as many stickers as you want.Then, open Telegram in your browser and go into your Saved messages chat. Just as you’d share a file with a friend, click the Share file button on the bottom left of the chat window (it looks like a dog-eared paper), and select the .webp files you downloaded. Click Open and you’ll see your stickers in your Saved messages chat. This is now your sticker depository. To use them, forward them as you would a message from one chat to the other: by clicking or long-pressing on the sticker, and then choosing Forward.
Telegram has no known backdoors and, even though it is come in for criticism for using proprietary encryption methods instead of open-source ones, those have yet to be compromised. While no messaging app can guarantee a 100% impermeable defense against determined attackers, Telegram is vulnerabilities are few and either theoretical or based on spoof files fooling users into actively enabling an attack.
