宁德时代拟战略投资蔚来能源25亿元人民币
宁德时代与蔚来汽车于3月17日在福建宁德签署战略合作协议，宁德时代正推进对蔚来能源不超过25亿元人民币的战略投资。双方将共同构建覆盖全系乘用车的换电网络，并统一行业技术标准。
此次合作旨在通过技术互通、资本与商务合作，为用户提供更高效的能源解决方案，实现"1+1>2"的产业协同效应。消息公布后，蔚来港股大涨16.18%。

However, analysts are positive on the stock now. “We have seen a huge downside movement in the stock due to the central electricity regulatory commission’s (CERC) order that seems to be negative from 2014-15 onwards but we cannot take a linear negative view on the stock and further downside movement on the stock is unlikely. Currently stock is underpriced. Investors can bet on it for a longer horizon," said Vivek Gupta, director research at CapitalVia Global Research.
