安踏收购狼爪 助推全球化战略
安踏体育宣布与Topgolf达成协议，拟以2.9亿美元现金及调整款收购Callaway Germany Holdco GmbH，从而全资控股全球领先的户外品牌Jack Wolfskin（狼爪）。此次收购将于2025年第二或第三季度完成，旨在借助狼爪的技术与分销网络，完善品牌矩阵，扩展户外产品线，并加强其在中欧及中国市场的竞争力，实现供应链与研发、零售等方面的协同效应。
