1、纠纷案件一案一结。有关联群或关联纠纷，客户需提前告知仲裁人员相关联案件单独处理或关联处理。
2、关联案件只关联证据，不关联结果。因客户描述不清晰或证据提供不充足，导致关联案件仲裁/公审结果不一致，搬砖客户自行承担责任。
