一家提供在线文件存储服务的法国公司Dstorage，在其服务器上提供了众多盗版任天堂游戏资源，任天堂曾要求其删除盗版内容，但该公司并未履行。
2021年，巴黎法院判处Dstorage向任天堂支付93.5万欧元赔偿金，Dstorage提出了上诉。现在，法院宣布维持判决，并重申：尽管任天堂通知Dstorage要求删除盗版内容，但Dstorage并未删除或阻止用户访问其在网站上提供的盗版游戏，应该为此负责。
