Путин подписал закон, который освобождает от уголовной ответственности подсудимых, если они заключат контракт на военную службу или попадут под мобилизацию. Изменения касаются Федерального закона «О воинской обязанности и военной службе», а также статей уголовного кодекса и уголовно-процессуального кодекса РФ.
Теперь подсудимые смогут избежать уголовной ответственности, подписав контракт с Минобороны или будучи мобилизованными, что ранее было возможно только для тех, кто уже находился под следствием или был осужден.
Указ также уточняет, что освобождение от ответственности будет применяться на стадии судебного разбирательства для участников «специальной военной операции».
