原三亚市委书记童道驰受贿、内幕交易案13日在深圳市中院开庭审理。
检方指控：2004至2020年，童道驰利用担任证监会上市公司监管部副主任、发行监管部副主任、资本市场改革发展工作小组办公室负责人、国际合作部副主任、主任，三亚市委书记的职务便利以及职权或者地位形成的便利条件，为他人在公司上市、企业经营、融资借款、职级晋升等事项上提供帮助，非法收受他人财物共计折合人民币2.74亿余元；2006至2007年，童道驰在担任证监会发行监管部副主任期间，还将履职时获悉的股票内幕信息告知其亲友，由其亲友在内幕信息敏感期内交易相关股票，情节特别严重。

Secure video calling is in high demand. As an alternative to Zoom, many people are using end-to-end encrypted apps such as WhatsApp, FaceTime or Signal to speak to friends and family face-to-face since coronavirus lockdowns started to take place across the world. There’s another option—secure communications app Telegram just added video calling to its feature set, available on both iOS and Android. The new feature is also super secure—like Signal and WhatsApp and unlike Zoom (yet), video calls will be end-to-end encrypted.
Secret Chats are one of the service’s additional security features; it allows messages to be sent with client-to-client encryption. This setup means that, unlike regular messages, these secret messages can only be accessed from the device’s that initiated and accepted the chat. Additionally, Telegram notes that secret chats leave no trace on the company’s services and offer a self-destruct timer.
