【光復藍圖：第一章｜何謂光復？何謂香港？何謂時代？何謂革命？】

「光復香港，時代革命」為本土派口號，由梁天琦於2016年所創；此時此刻回望，它註定是改變歷史軌跡的一句話。2019年7月21日，這八隻字在中上環遊行中被重新發掘，成為迄今為止最具影響力的香港口號。四年已過，它成為各海外集會中最常聽到的話語，但也彷彿漸漸變得形式化。

到底叫喊「光復香港，時代革命」代表著甚麼？就著這個問題，我希望把整句口號拆散為四組詞語，從四個層面和大家一起反思何謂「光復」、何謂「香港」、何謂「時代」、何謂「革命」。

Secure video calling is in high demand. As an alternative to Zoom, many people are using end-to-end encrypted apps such as WhatsApp, FaceTime or Signal to speak to friends and family face-to-face since coronavirus lockdowns started to take place across the world. There’s another option—secure communications app Telegram just added video calling to its feature set, available on both iOS and Android. The new feature is also super secure—like Signal and WhatsApp and unlike Zoom (yet), video calls will be end-to-end encrypted.

A Telegram spokesman declined to comment on the bond issue or the amount of the debt the company has due. The spokesman said Telegram’s equipment and bandwidth costs are growing because it has consistently posted more than 40% year-to-year growth in users.
