如何转移群组/频道所有权？
从 Telegram 移动端5.8版本开始，您可以转移群组/频道所有权。
假设现任群主A需要转移群组/频道给B。
现任群主A打开管理员列表，将B设置为管理员并赋予所有管理员权限，此时可以看到下方的"转移群组/频道拥有者(Transfer Channel Ownership)"，点击该按钮并确认，输入现任群主A的二次验证密码(如果有设置)即可，现在群组/频道的拥有者已经是B了。
说明:
1. 若A将群组/频道所有权转移给B，则B成为新的群主。那么B可以撤销任何管理员，可以任命任何人为新的管理员，也可以在群组里ban A。
2. 如果是公开群组/频道(即带有id)，由于Telegram限制一个账号只能拥有10个公开群组或频道，因此必须保证B拥有的公开群组/频道少于10个，否则无法转移。

Telegram has no known backdoors and, even though it is come in for criticism for using proprietary encryption methods instead of open-source ones, those have yet to be compromised. While no messaging app can guarantee a 100% impermeable defense against determined attackers, Telegram is vulnerabilities are few and either theoretical or based on spoof files fooling users into actively enabling an attack.
