WHO 称,发表在《 The Lancet Global Health journal》期刊上的新数据显示,2022 年全球 31% 人口近 18 亿成年人未达到建议的身体活动水平。从 2010 年到 2022 年,成年人缺乏身体活动的比例增加了约 5 个百分点。如果这一趋势持续下去,预计到 2030 年缺乏身体活动的比例将进一步升至 35%。WHO 建议成年人每周进行 150 分钟中等强度或 75 分钟高强度身体活动。缺乏身体活动会增加成年人患心脏病和中风等心血管疾病、2 型糖尿病、痴呆症以及乳腺癌和结肠癌等的风险。缺乏身体活动比例最高的是高收入的亚太地区(48%)和南亚(45%)。女性身体活动不足的比例为 34%,而男性为 29%。WHO 呼吁各国加强政策实施,使每个人有更多机会动起来。
