大港股份拟通过债转股方式对港诚国贸增资5960.20万元，完成后注册资本增至9510.20万元，并以144.75万元价格将所持港诚国贸100%股权转让给镇江出口加工区城投物资开发有限公司。此次交易意在整合资源、聚焦主业，剥离非核心资产与低效业务，转让后港诚国贸不再纳入合并报表范围。

Rising interest rates amid a strengthening economy "may prove no challenge at all for stocks," Paulsen said.
