يتم نشر IJMS على الإنترنت كل ثلاثة أشهر (مارس، يونيو، أكتوبر، ديسمبر) من قبل نظام المكتبات الجامعية، جامعة بيتسبرغ، عضو رابطة الناشرين الأكاديميين للوصول المفتوح.
يُسمح بنشر أو توزيع المعلومات الواردة في المجلة إذا تم الاستشهاد بالمصدر (Int J Med Students).
