今日，在 2025 上海全球投资促进大会上，全球招商伙伴计划发布。这是上海在新时期强化全球资源配置、创新招商方式、拓宽招商渠道的重要举措。今年大会根据合作成果，优中选优，遴选出安永、红杉中国、旧金山湾区委员会、第一太平戴维斯、中国银行、铁狮门公司、华兴资本、罗兰贝格、GSMA（全球移动通信系统协会）、戴德梁行等 10 家企业机构授予 “上海十大优秀全球招商合作伙伴” 荣誉。
