政府停摆在即 美国会众议院通过短期支出法案
美国国会众议院通过一项短期支出法案，为联邦政府继续提供资金至今年9月，以避免部分联邦机构停摆。此时距离联邦政府资金耗尽仅剩三天。这个法案将递交参议院审议，但审批前景存在不确定性。 法案星期二（3月11日）在共和党占多数席位的众议院以217票赞成、213票反对的结果获得通过。缅因州的戈尔登（Jared Golden）是唯一支持该法案的民主党人。共和党人马西（Thomas Massie）加入民主党阵营投票反对该法案。 目前共和党在参议院占100个席位中的53席，还需争取至少八名民主党参议员的支持，才能避免议…

Telegram Gives Up On Crypto Blockchain Project

Durov said on his Telegram channel today that the two and a half year blockchain and crypto project has been put to sleep. Ironically, after leaving Russia because the government wanted his encryption keys to his social media firm, Durov’s cryptocurrency idea lost steam because of a U.S. court. “The technology we created allowed for an open, free, decentralized exchange of value and ideas. TON had the potential to revolutionize how people store and transfer funds and information,” he wrote on his channel. “Unfortunately, a U.S. court stopped TON from happening.”
