中日韩重启经济对话 合作应对特朗普关税挑战
中国、日本和韩国星期天（3月30日）举行了五年来的首次经济对话，旨在加强区域贸易合作，以应对特朗普政府的关税政策带来的挑战。
路透社报道，三国贸易部长在会后声明中表示一致同意推动“全面且高水平”的合作，积极推进中日韩自由贸易协定（FTA）谈判，以促进区域和全球贸易的进一步发展。
韩国产业通商资源长官安德根指出：“必须加强三国共同参与的《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》（RCEP）的实施，并通过韩中日自贸协定谈判构建扩大三国贸易合作的框架。”
本次会议恰逢特朗普政府准备于4月2日推出新一轮关税措施。特朗普将这些措施称为“解放日”，此举被普遍认为将显著调整华盛顿的对外贸易关系。

The global forecast for the Asian markets is murky following recent volatility, with crude oil prices providing support in what has been an otherwise tough month. The European markets were down and the U.S. bourses were mixed and flat and the Asian markets figure to split the difference.The TSE finished modestly lower on Friday following losses from the financial shares and property stocks.For the day, the index sank 15.09 points or 0.49 percent to finish at 3,061.35 after trading between 3,057.84 and 3,089.78. Volume was 1.39 billion shares worth 1.30 billion Singapore dollars. There were 285 decliners and 184 gainers.
Importantly, that investor viewpoint is not new. It cycles in when conditions are right (and vice versa). It also brings the ineffective warnings of an overpriced market with it.Looking toward a good 2022 stock market, there is no apparent reason to expect these issues to change.
