石泰峰曾于2001年至2010年任中央党校副校长，之后历任江苏省长、宁夏区委书记、内蒙区委书记。星岛日报引述消息指，预料石泰峰将于明年3月选任全国政协副主席。
中组部副部长李小新已任中央编办主任，接替周祖翼（1965年1月生，原同济大学党委书记）；星岛日报指，周祖翼将接替张纪南（1957年2月生）任人社部长。

The two services rely on encryption to protect the privacy of user communication, which has made them popular with protesters seeking to conceal their identities against repressive governments in places like Belarus, Hong Kong, and Iran. But the same encryption technology has also made them a favored communication tool for criminals and terrorist groups, including al Qaeda and the Islamic State.
