OpenAI计划逐步淘汰GPT-4.5
OpenAI宣布将于7月14日起停止通过API提供GPT-4.5服务，开发者需转向新推出的GPT-4.1。GPT-4.1在关键性能上接近或优于GPT-4.5，但成本更低。
GPT-4.5仍可通过ChatGPT的研究预览版使用，但API服务将终止。该模型训练成本高昂，输入/输出费用分别为每百万token 75美元和150美元，是OpenAI最昂贵的服务之一。

I have no inside knowledge of a potential stock listing of the popular anti-Whatsapp messaging app, Telegram. But I know this much, judging by most people I talk to, especially crypto investors, if Telegram ever went public, people would gobble it up. I know I would. I’m waiting for it. So is Sergei Sergienko, who claims he owns $800,000 of Telegram’s pre-initial coin offering (ICO) tokens. “If Telegram does a SPAC IPO, there would be demand for this issue. It would probably outstrip the interest we saw during the ICO. Why? Because as of right now Telegram looks like a liberal application that can accept anyone - right after WhatsApp and others have turn on the censorship,” he says.
