消息称三星启动1纳米工艺研发，2029 年后量产
三星电子最近启动了“梦想半导体工艺”1纳米技术的开发，试图弥补在先进制程上的不足，力图缩小与台积电技术差距。该项目由部分2纳米技术团队成员参与，预计在2029年后实现量产。新工艺将借助高NA EUV光刻设备等下一代工具，推动芯片性能提升和制造效率的突破，为未来产品提供更强竞争力。
