#18歲公民權修憲案 三讀通過！感謝朝野政黨、青年朋友的團結努力！
今天，立法院三讀通過18歲公民權修憲案，修憲案將進入公民複決階段，我要感謝朝野立委放下歧見、團結支持，讓台灣的憲政改革邁出關鍵的一步。
修憲的工程需要朝野合作，也需要世代合作。這幾天，我們也看到許多青年朋友透過投書、集會等各種行動，積極站出來，呼籲朝野立委回應年輕世代的訴求。
我要感謝各位青年朋友，因為大家用行動展現堅定的意志，才能團結台灣，促成今天的結果。我相信，這也就是我們要實現18歲公民權的重要意義。
下個階段，18歲公民權修憲案要通過公民複決，這是一個不容易的挑戰，不過，相信只要我們團結一起，就能帶來改變。
讓我們不分黨派、不分世代，共同為年輕人投下同意票，留給下一代一個更好的台灣！

A spike in interest rates since the start of the year has accelerated a rotation out of high-growth technology stocks and into value stocks poised to benefit from a reopening of the economy. The Nasdaq has fallen more than 10% over the past month as the Dow has soared to record highs, with a spike in the 10-year US Treasury yield acting as the main catalyst. It recently surged to a cycle high of more than 1.60% after starting the year below 1%. But according to Jim Paulsen, the Leuthold Group's chief investment strategist, rising interest rates do not represent a long-term threat to the stock market. Paulsen expects the 10-year yield to cross 2% by the end of the year. A spike in interest rates and its impact on the stock market depends on the economic backdrop, according to Paulsen. Rising interest rates amid a strengthening economy "may prove no challenge at all for stocks," Paulsen said.
Mr. Durov launched Telegram in late 2013 with his brother, Nikolai, just months before he was pushed out of VK, the Russian social-media platform he founded. Mr. Durov pitched his new app—funded with the proceeds from the VK sale—less as a business than as a way for people to send messages while avoiding government surveillance and censorship.
